via UPS Ground. Shipments to Alaska
and Hawaii are sent via Postal Delivery
(Priority/Insured). Please allow
10-14 business days for orders to
reach you. Delays occasionally occur
when items are out of stock. Please
be sure to provide your daytime
phone number and e-mail address
in case we need to contact you concerning
your order.
Canadian Shipping
We accept credit card purchases
only. Orders will be shipped via
U.S. Postal Service for actual freight.
Shipping charges will be added at
time of shipment. Contact your local
postal service for an estimate of
charges on your order. Please see
statement regarding Duties and Customs.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Up to $50.00 = $4.75
$50.01 - $200.00 = $6.75
Over $200 = 6% of subtotal
The above shipping only applies
to orders shipped within the Continental
United States.
Postal Delivery
For orders requesting/needing Postal
Delivery using a US Zip Code, there
will be an additional $3.00 charge
to regular Shipping & Handling
Charges. Required for all PO Boxes,
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Military
and U.S. Possessions and Territories.
Since our carriers do not deliver
to post office boxes, any address
containing a post office box number
cannot move via UPS Ground. AFO/FPO
customers are responsible for any
and all customs duties and taxes.
Shipping International
We accept only credit card orders.
All international packages except
Canada are shipped UPS Worldwide
Express with the following rates:
Up to $50 = $27.75
$51 - $100 = $45.75
$101 - $200 = $65.75
$201 - $300 = $78.75
$301 - $400 = $95.75
$401 - $500 = $110.75
Over $500 = will be a combined freight
charge.
Example: $99 order will be $110.75
+ $95.75

Duties and Customs
All shipments made outside the USA
are subject to import customs charges,
duties, fees and or taxes which
are the sole responsibility of the
customer. Please check with your
local Customs Office for an estimate
of charges on your order.
FPO/APO Shipments (AA-AE-AP)
For shipments to FPO/APO addresses,
please be advised that UPS will
not ship to these addresses, either
by ground or by air. Orders are
shipped via the U.S. Postal Service
at an additional $3 charge to regular
Shipping & Handling Charges.
AFO/FPO Customers are responsible
for custom duties. See Postal Delivery.
Delivery Time
All orders are shipped as soon as
possible. For fastest delivery use
your Credit Card. Most orders ship
within 2-4 business days of placing
your order. If you wish to have
your package arrive by a certain
date, please leave the date in the
comments section and we will strive
to accommodate your request. Once
it ships, orders via ground service
are in route 4 - 5 business days
to the West Coast and 4 - 5 business
days to the East Coast. Please allow
10-14 business days for your order
to reach you. You will be pleased
when you receive your order as they
are packed with care with protective
materials to ensure safe, complete
and unbroken arrival.
Express Shipping
Yes, if requested, it can be done.
But shipping overnight is very expensive
and not recommended. Express Shipping
charges subject to change as carrier's
rates change. Express Shipping for
the Continental United States Only.
Sorry, no Express shipping available
to Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, FPOs, U.S.
territories or international destinations.
Remember: with these express shipping
options, your order may still take
up to 48 hours to process, but will
then travel via the method you have
selected. If you wish to express
ship your package, please tell us
in the comments section in the checkout.
Back Orders
While we do our best to keep all
items in stock, occasionally items
are so popular that they may be
"sold out" at the time
of your order or even back ordered
from the manufacturer. Typically,
they will be arriving in again very
soon. If this happens, back order
items valued over $5.00 will be
placed on back order and shipped
as soon as we receive them. All
other available items will be shipped
immediately.
When your order has a back order
item, we split your order into two
shipments, so you can have non-back
ordered items as soon as possible.
When we ship the back order item,
your credit card will be charged
only the product purchased, we are
responsible for the extra shipping
costs. We do not back order on international
orders. We reserve the right to
cancel any outstanding back orders
after 30 days due to unavailability
and you will be notified if this
should occur. If we have decided
to stop carrying the item, we will
delete it from the shopping cart.
